About our Cottage Collection

Hammer Homes would like to introduce our new “Cottage Collection Series”. A smaller home and smaller price with the same quality and the same luxury as the Custom Homes we are known for. When many of our clients and guests toured our luxurious custom homes, we heard the same thing over and over again, “We wish you would build a smaller, more affordable home with the same quality and finishes as you have in your custom homes.” The Serenity is a perfect blend of luxury, high end quality finishes and special touches in an open, spacious floor plan. Our Cottage Collection homes are built with all the upgrades included as our Standard Finishes! The Serenity features main level living with a walk out lower level. The great room has 10 foot ceilings, rock fireplace, and beautiful crown molding. The large open kitchen is filled with Knotty Alder cabinetry, slab granite, an 8 foot kitchen island, a walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting and more. The master suite features a lavish soaking tub, large porcelain tiled shower and custom cherry walk in closet. With five bedrooms and an optional study, the Serenity has no shortage of storage with each bedroom having its own walk in closet.
